Since 2014, the project has seen the creation and integration of two key portals for Zanichelli Editore: Zanichelli.it and MyZanichelli, both designed to manage the network of digital services aimed at school and university teachers and students.
Thanks to modular software architecture and innovative technologies, the two environments are integrated and form a complete platform that comprises full management of the publishing catalogue, a single system for accessing editorial resources with an educational interface, an advanced e-commerce system and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to support the creation of virtual classrooms and the sales network.
The project is ongoing and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the school and university sector, and is particularly focused on distribution, single access to digital resources and the administration of licences for the use of publishing resources.
